In a previous post, I wrote of two e-books now being offered on the topic of “Pauline Dispensationalism.” One is titled “Is Water Baptism for Today?” since mid-Acts and post-Acts dispensationalists insist that the water baptism that Jesus commissioned His disciples to administer (Matt. 28:18-20) was an Old Covenant purification rite, which is not to be observed in the current “dispensation” (or “age”) of grace that Paul established. Those two books are complimentary both in the sense that they are free of charge and that they provide material that is “complimentary” to another book that was part of the original “trilogy” of books published in 2017 (available in print and as e-books), including the book titled “Water Baptism and Spirit Baptism.”
More recently, I provided a complimentary e-book titled “Pentecostal Beliefs: The Baptism in the Spirit, Baptism in Fire, and Speaking in Tongues.” All of my books have been written and made available as a result of the need for more clarity and consistency on important biblical topics. In regard to Pentecostal and Charismatic churches and denominations, they teach that the baptism with the Spirit (including the baptism with fire) is an experience that occurs some time after a person is saved (or “regenerated”) and is then indwelt and filled with the Holy Spirit. Furthermore, they teach that this baptism is the means of spiritual giftedness and empowerment; however, it is reserved for only a select number of believers and substantiated by speaking in tongues (ecstatic utterances) as the evidence that such a baptism, indwelling, and filling has occurred. For those readers who are interested in how Pentecostals view the baptism of the Spirit, please see this complimentary brief e-book.
For the more recent e-books I’ve provided through the “Draft2Digital” process and the “Books2Read” application, they may be found as written by “Kenneth P. Lenz” (my fuller name). One distributor that is most accommodating and easy to use is “Smashwords.com” (such as with the book Pentecostal Beliefs available at: https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/1612389 ). E-books can be saved for free to an e-book reader.
Other complimentary e-books by Kenneth P. Lenz recently made available include:
Let’s Be Honest: The Beginning of Life, Gender Identity, and Drug Abuse
The Wonder of Christmas: The Virgin, The Child, The Magi, The Star
